Every pool has two tranches: individual and group.
The individual tranche redistributes immediately when someone is eliminated — you benefit right away.
The group tranche is held in escrow. It only unlocks if enough of your group completes the challenge. If you hit the threshold, everyone shares it equally. If not, it's returned — no one gets it as a windfall.

What happens if I miss a check-in?
You get one retry per period. Miss twice in a row and you're eliminated — your individual tranche stake is redistributed to the remaining members immediately.
Is this real money?
Not yet. V1 uses play money. Real stakes are coming in a future version once we've proven the model works.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
AI reasoning is always shown to you. If you believe a verdict is incorrect, you can use your retry. Manual override by pool admins is also possible.
What if my group doesn't hit the threshold?
The group tranche is returned to each member's balance — not redistributed to survivors. Individual tranche payouts still apply.
